Navajo Technical University (NTU) is a tribal land-grant institution located in Crownpoint, New Mexico. The university offers a variety of programs including vocational, technical and career-oriented programs, as well as traditional academic programs. The culinary school at NTU provides students with professional training in the culinary arts, including skills in cooking, baking, and catering. The program prepares students for careers in the culinary industry, teaching them to create delicious and visually appealing dishes, as well as developing their management and leadership skills. The school is accredited by the American Culinary Federation Education Foundation Accrediting Commission (ACFEFAC).
