One review on “Le Cordon Bleu Ottawa”
Just got back from the ” Classic and Modern Sauces Short Course “. We’re exhausted! We attended the presentation and practical. It was very professional class and well put together course. They demoed one sauce and didn’t show us how to make the main part of it (a fondue in a bernaise). The assistant on the camera control could have done a better job. We came out of the practical with a lot of great food. The kitchen was hot and the class was quite challenging but it was the real thing. I have a whole new respect for a trained chef. It truly was an amazing course but I just wanted to explain why I didn’t give it five stars. We’re on our way to Signatures, the Cordon Bleu restaurant. Stay tuned for a review. I’m sure it’s going to get the five stars. I highly recommend this course and my wife and I are already planning our next one.
