Description
East Central College, located in Union, Missouri, offers a culinary arts program that provides students with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in the food service industry. The program includes hands-on training in a state-of-the-art kitchen, as well as classroom instruction in subjects such as culinary theory, sanitation, and menu planning.
The culinary arts program at East Central College is designed to be flexible, with classes offered during the day, evening, and weekends to accommodate the schedules of busy students. The program is also designed to be completed in as little as two semesters, allowing students to enter the workforce quickly.
